main size for a 416?

i have a 440 kit with fmf full stage 2 hc. and uni filter. how many main sizes should i go down. right now this quad is jeted very close.. i would say 2 sizes? plz help. stock carb bye the way

i would suggest around a 190 main, 42 pilot, 2.5 turns out on the f/a and leave the needle on the 3rd notch. you will be way more than 2 sizes from the stock jetting. steve

also you asked for 416 jetting and say you have a 440 kit.. which is it. go with my sig to start off if a 416 with a stocker. 440 190 main. steve

X2 two sizes from stock sounds a bit off.
