came up short on a double in may and ended up with this mess in my left arm:

similar trauma in my right arm (same incident)... only had two temporary pins tho. think that x-ray is at home.

thankfully i didnt need any metal...i also broke my arm and both bones came out through my skin but i dont have the xrays haha
