I'm using a JSL no-link swingarm on my jp racing no-link frame.
I am told JSL is a copy of a laegers swingarm. Now I need a new chainslider for this swingarm, but I don't know which one I need.
The original trx250r chainslider doesn't fit.

Front or rear slider?

I think TM design's sells a front slider, then you just drill a hole where you need it (I could be wrong lol). Maybe you can call and talk to them? They are usually pretty helpful.

that doesn't even look like a 250R swingarm, but more like a banshee style or something.
the fronts on any 250R swinger doesn't stick out like that one.

That's what I was thinking the tube sticks alot farther than a Laeger swingarm.

It's definatly made for a 250r, but I'm going to try and contact JSL Productions (France) to find out what chainslider to use, or fabricate something myself.

I was also thinking about a banshee chainslider, I have a basket case banshee, but can't find the swingarm to check if it would fit.

I have to agree here. The Banshee swingarm is the only one I remember that protrudes on the left side in the way the one you have pictured does. I'd say it's an aftermarket, round bearing housing swingarm for a Banshee.

I have to find my banshee swingarm to measure it, but this JSL swingarm fits perfect in my 250r.
Everything (like bearing carrier, ...) from my 250r fits without a problem. I'll take some more pictures today for you guys.

BTW, Older type Roll Design 250r swingarms ! Didn't they also have the tubing stick out on the left side ?

The swinger in my Lobo has the tube sticking out like that which is why Roll uses a big roller for its front chain slider.

Thats how my xc lobo swinger looks, Norcalduner is on to something. Try looking at bear81 ebay store...he sells a nice chain slide for the lobo swinger that might work for you. I use his slider instead of the roll design roller because it protects the swinger better from chain damage.
