Does anyone know how the 07 450R LE shocks should be charged? How much pressure should they be charged with? Does anyone have a rebuild breakdown or any rebuild instructions? Any info would be great!

IIRC I recharged my 450r shocks to 175-195 psi, after I had them apart..

150-200 psi is fine; I'd shoot for 150. After pressurizing them again, put in a vice. Compress and watch it return to full length. It should return smoothly; if any hesitations or jerks, release pressure and bleed oil (best to change oil anyways).

Awesome, what is the step by step on bleeding/changing the oil? And what kinda oil should I run?
