imho I would go for it the jeep is worth more than the quad no offense or anything, but if u wanted to i think u could still turn around and sell the jeep for more than the quad.
But in the end its up to u, do u really want a jeep or would u rather have the quad?

Not enough info on the jeep. Hes asking 4200 and your asking 2000 but he wants to trade straight up?
