We all know times are tough and money is tight. I bought this car 3 years ago in running form after it had been sitting for years. The car smoked because the rings were shot and the clutch was down to the rivets so I pulled the motor out to rebuild it. 3 years later I found out the hard way that cars cost A LOT more than quads, and they are harder to work on than quads, especially when you have a fully built ltr that you race weekly also in A class. The two hobbys just dont mix when I'm only making $450 a week. My true passion is quad motocross, I can see a future in racing, I cannot see a future in finishing the car and street racing and going to jail. I'd rather keep winning $ racing quads (sometimes :cool: ) The car is a 95 trans am with a lt1. The motor is out, and most of the work for the motor has been done already as well as new parts. The only MAJOR thing it needs is a new flywheel. (honed block, new cam, clutch, piston rings filed to spec for street/nitrous, crank was polished, heads were hot tanked and FRESH new valves with 0 seconds on them. Here is a pic of the car. If anybody has any questions about anything it would be easier to PM me your question instead of me typing out every exact detail about the car and motor. Right now the car is sitting how it is in the pics , except in storage all dusty, the motor is still out of the car, un-assembled, except the block has the crank installed, cam installed, and new timing chain set installed. The body of the car has spinder cracking on both bumpers, and the right rear fender has a dent, and could use a paint job, but it isnt horrible, probly a 7 out of 10. The car is 15 years old, cant except much. I am in Joliet,IL and would be open to sell as a whole, or part it out, or take trades on parts, or.. who knows. I would be interested in LTR450 parts only, or a whole ltr, or possibly a spare ltr motor, but PM me any questions or offers on trades, I am open to anything, even if it doesnt have to do with quads. I know its a shot in the dark but I need this thing gone. Somebody has to love these cars.
