Are they really as bad as some people say? I have a sponsorship with a company that sells one and they say it is better than the rest, but i don't wanna waste my money on one that i will have to rebuild in a week...

Most of them have a dead spot at full lock, unless you run two of them. They work decent, but you give up the adjustability compared to a Precision or Elka.

So, if i run two stabilizers then it will be good? what about rebuilds? i have heard some horror stories about how often they require being rebuilt.

Puck style don't need to be rebuilt nearly as often as stick. Running two stick stabilizers was popular before the puck style came out. I would save up a couple hundred bucks and buy a used Precision. I had mine for over 5 years, without a single rebuild.

I've heard alot of people with good feedback about them. A buddy of mine tried it out when he first started making them, and blew the seals after a couple hours of riding. Maybe he's corrected the issue since then. The quality is nothing compared to Precision. You get what you pay for.

personally i run the CCP puck style and quality-wise it's been great, haven't had a single problem with it all year. the general consensus is that the CCP is better than a stick, but sub-par to a precision. so i guess yes, in relative terms you do get what you pay for.

CCP all the way 2 years and no problems 175.00 to my door
Precision 500.00+ to your door  I`ve had both and will buy CCP again

but will the ccp out perform two sticks styles? I am running motorcross here, and i have the penny to buy two stick style ones, and a sponsorship with a company that keeps those in stock. Or should i get the ccp instead? i am new to this world of stabilizers. When i started, you just held on like your life depended on it and drove!!

I'd take any puck style setup over any stick setup.

CCP it is then. I think the dual stick's would look pretty sick, but hey thats not the point.
