I just picked up a nice 08. I am building it for a dune/rec toy. The guy I bought it from said it has an HRC headpipe, but how do I tell the HRC from the stocker? It also came with a full D.R.D system that I sent to DRD for repair. Will the Dubach full system be better than the HRC pipe with a good slip on?
I searched, but can't figure out how to identify the HRC header.

I believe the hrc headpipes are bigger in diameter.

I think your right, but I don't have a stocker to compare.

I'm in the same boat, don't know if my headpipe is stock or HRC.
Maybe somebody can measure the OD of a known head pipe and post it up.

4 3/4 thats the silencer,hes talking bout the head pipe,when you get the drd pipe back compare it to the honda 1. the stock pipe has a sharp bend before it goes into the silencer. the drd and hrc have less of a bend.

Sorry, I forgot say I used a string wrapped around the headpipe and then measured that.

oem = 1.5" diameter
hrc = 1.9"

Now, is the D.R.D. Full system any good? The diameter of the DRD is smaller diameter pipe......
