06 KFX400 stuck choke cable. Is there a way to eliminate the cable and go with a pull or lever type choke right on the carb? or use a different carb that has a choke on the carb eliminating the cable?

I can fix the stuck cable but can only see it getting stuck again and would like tom completely eliminate it.

Thanks

I dont think theres any kind of kit that deletes that. The FCR39 carb has the choke on the carb but unless you mod your quad then i think it would be too extreme to go that far to only delete the choke on the handle bars

Good find, i dont really see why it wouldnt work. Advantage cycle seems like a good place, he hooks people up with the Drz kit too.

the choke plunger works good I had it on my 03 LTZ. You can find it on ebay for under $20. I think the LT80 choke works on it. Get the starter button and it ready cleans up your left side of your bars.

Only poopy thing is idk if you can get rid of the actual piece that you move on the handle bar to engage the stock choke but im not positive on that, i just broke that little lever part off to make it look better haha

Mine broke the first month I had it (the lever on handlebar) so I took off lever/cable it ran fine just in winter had to use blowdryer to heat motor to start then I bought carb from other member on here and it had choke on carb .next I want 39fcr carb and 400ex boot.
