05 450R Motor Part Out

I have a almost complete motor that I am parting out. I bought this quad with the cylinder and head off of the motor. I decided to rebuild it since it was already apart. When my engine builder got inside, he found some damage to the inside case half, so I decided to just buy another motor and build a stroker motor. I am parting out the original motor that came on my quad to get some of my money back.

do you know what parts are needed to make a 450er a kick start motor... I know you can sometimes find kits and to just order the parts from a dealer it is really expensive.

Gotcha covered. Read my other post with the kick start conversion. The only other parts you would need is the two bearings and a bolt to hold on the kick start. This conversion usually runs about $400. Mine will only set you back $150.

If that kicker lever is tight, I would be intrested. Mine has a lot of slop in it. If you want to sell just the lever let me know.

I no longer have the clutch side cover. As far as covers go, I only have the stator cover and the right side round cover that says "Honda".
