Reverse light staying on (Help)

My Reverse light is staying on all the time but if I put it in reverse the light will go off?? What is the problum!!Thank's for any help!! And are all Warrior's hard the put in Nuetral??

when is the last time u took your connections apart to see if any dirt or water got to them if that not the problem then it could be ground .
