300 ex will not start/run help me out

i have a 98 300ex that was running fine then all of a sudden shut off, i go to hit the start button and nothing. i go home and put in a new starter selonoid, coil and wire, and start/headlight button and still have nothing. where should i look next. im thinking cdi but im not sure. give me some help

Does it have a inline fuse going to or from the starter solenoid if it does check it it may be shot mine was shot on my warrior and nothing worked.

yea i have replaced it a few times but its good now
