CLUTCH ARM not turning clockwise to engage pressure plate HELP!

so im replacing my stock clutch with a Tusk HD clutch i have everything installed but when i go to put the side cover on the clutch arm doesnt want to turn clockwise to engage the pressure plate will only go counterclockwise!! what gives!?!

There is a notch you gotta line up on the arm properly with the clutch throw out.
