So I have my cylinder off to do the top end. I poured some oil into the case to flush out anything that might have fallen in or coolant. But it wont drain out. Yes the drain bolt is out.

you did pour it down the filler hole, right?
You poured oil into the crankshaft area or into the Clutch Cover area?
Another way to ask the same question; you removed the oil plastic plug from the clutch cover and you poured oil into the clutch area or you poured oil on the crankshaft?
Carlos.

sdyme, see...your learnin'....what not to do, you'll be ok tho
tip the bottem end over and let it run out, if you can..take a little bit of gas and help flush it after draining it. It might smoke a bit more and smell funny for a sec after you get it back together...but it should be fine
good luck

Hey sorry guys i wasn't to clear, my wife was rushing me to go so we could make it to dinner. Yes i poured it on the crank. Its been 6 years since I had the bottom end apart on this and i thought I could run a little oil through it and flush it. Well i was wrong. :(
