'06 and up carbs - 38MM ????

Just wondering if the '06 and up 400ex carbs are truly 38mm carbs as I have heard. There are a lot of conflicting stories everywhere I search. Can't trust the Dealers,They don't know or They'll tell ya whatever it is you wanna hear. I don't have access to one to actually measure, Hopin someone has actually measured one, or knows for sure, and can give report. Thanks.

I dont know about sizes, but i have a 99 400ex and my wife has a 2005 400ex and both carbs appear to be the same size to me. they are a little different but basically the same. and the 2006 carb part # is the same as the 2005 so I would have to say its still the same 35.5 mm bore.
