Jumping spark plug?

I went riding today and for the most part the quad was runnin great but when I was able to use the 440 kit to its potential the spark plug popped out. Needless to say not on my top ten lol...anyway has anyone else had this problem? Before I get asked I bought the quad with the 440 kit and I'm not sure what if any other motor work is done...thanks in advance for your thoughts.

it loosend out or blew the threads out?

was there a helicoil installed prior?

The boot or the plug popped off?

If the boot came off, you may need a new one or it wasnt on tight enough

If the plug came out you have MAJOR problems. You need to install an insert into the hole now or buy a new head. Id suggest a new head and helicoiling it WILL NOT work. If you do the insert, its a solid piece of metal you put in.

It loosened out because I was able to thread it back in, I'm not sure about the helicoil

Im going to guess that it was never tightened properly. Probably was hand tightened last time it had work done on it and they forgot to tighten it up when they were done.

Take it apart and see if it has a metal looking band/spring in it, thats a helicoil. If it does your gonna be in the insert territory.
