what be a cheaper tt build

i kinda wanna get back into racing after being out a year and six months ive finally got the itch again lol. but not in mx but tt. i have my frame and some other stock parts (radiator, brakes.ect) would it be cheaper to build that up in to a tt quad or buy a semi built quad

what are my options thanks

quads are selling super cheap now, if you can find a good used tt bike i would go that way, even if you have to put some money into the motor for rebuild its still usually way cheaper then building a new one
