if your valves where that far out of spec you may need a valve job

if it ran good before then your jetting is not a problem. i"d say your valves are still the problem. you need .006 in your intakes and .011 on your exhaust. also are you sure t you got your timing back right when you put your cams back in?

you should be at top dead center, intake cam marks even with deck on head and your exhaust cam advanced one tooth.

hopes this helps you. sounds like this is where your problem is.

My timing Should be good I marked it on the chain and put it back. The exhuast weren't A problem I checked them. I just rechecked my vavles now there a .004..... Is this enough to make it run like that? Going to the shop to get vavle shims later today..... Also one more thing when I go to start up the bike I have to let the button do all the work I can't use the gas at all or rev it for a min or so because it's acting like it's flooding and shuts off, but fires back up right away?

.004 is tight for sure. but i would still check timing. even if you marked the chain it still could have maybe slipped a tooth on the crank.
