Has a pretty good texture to it, what part of the inside of the cylinder is that pic of.

no neil, that is a pic of the signature(outside of cylinder) it says, "JRE xc08"

:D Yea I know, just messing.
Show a few pics of the insides if you can, most long time good porters have a way they do their work & might be able to tell by that.

By the XC08 being on it, probable can figure it was done for somebody running cross country in 2008 & being a 2 stroke, no more of those than was running at that time, maybe could check the AMA records & find out pretty close who it was.

There was Loren Duncans brother, Jim that did porting, but dont remember the letters he put on his cylinder. Might have been JD.
There was a JB Racing as well.

JRE, the E could mean engineering, just guessing though.

I just bought a cylinder with JD engraved on it, the port work on it looked pretty good.
