400EX rear PEP shock with ressie

I have a PEP rear shock for a 400 EX with remote resevoir. Compression, preload and rebound adjustable. I am not sure of the condition but I talked to the folks at PEP and they said that if it needed a full rebuild, it would cost $175. They said that it would cost over $900 the buy this shock new. I will take $250 shipped to the lower 48. It is in Virginia now
