Works Shock Bushings

I have a pair of Triple rate Works Shocks on for the front of my 400ex. The problem is that I don't have the bushings for them. I do have the sleeve that the bolt goes through that would have been surrounded by rubber/polyurethane.

I tried wrapping the sleeve with black tape and rigging up my own bushing, but obviously it only lasted about 4 hours of hard riding.

Any one know if I can get new ones?

Or can you think of any other improved methods of rigging the cushion up?
