01 400ex no spark

I have a 2001 400ex just got all together except plastic, tried to start it up no fire cked wire harness good got 40v ac out of stator 39 vac at wire on coil . any place to look at on it. help.

Maybe a dumb response but have you checked the wires to a kill switch or such thing at all? And when testing electrical you should use VDC on everything except when checking the charging system out of the Stator. Why was it all pulled apart?

had wireing harness out and cked all wires , good had 40 vac out of stator had into cdi and out to coil wire , plug coil in and lose all coil had ohms through it wire good grounds good new spark plug,, oohhh person that had it pulled parts off it to fix another one , head and jug off block full of water. pulled apart motor new crank and rod piston cylinder bored good head off ebay everything flushed and clean. all back together just no spark. what is good reading from stator ,just dont want to spend money where i dont have to. ohmed out all three coils in stator wire harness all had readings no breaks in wires.
