i got a fmf full exhuast on my quad and it goes right below the rear brake resivoir. There is like 1" or a little less of clearence between the pipe and resivoir. Is that a problem getting hot or will it be ok? is there something to keep it cooler?

i wrapped my line with heat tape i also took the res. off and then remounted in on the inside of the frame to get more clearance

oh ook, i didnt know if i could slap a heat shield on it like there is on the rear plastic or not to keep it cooler
it will most likely be OK. Your rotor gets hotter than your exhuast. Just make sure you use DOT 4 flued and everything should be fine.
