Rear Brakes

I did a search but couldn't find any info. I'm needing a set of rear brake pads for my 88. What is a good pad to go with? Also a what point do you change the rotor? I have to put the pedal all the way down to get the brakes to lock and theres not allot of stopping power there.

first, bleed the brakes, do the front at the same time also. I use tusk pads sinered, they last awhile for me and are cheap.
