so i am trying to get my bike to idle and i can get i tto some what idle and i think i am lean on the pilot because when i give it gas i ts revs fine than when i let of it goes down but still revs high than a second after slows down to a some what idle so am ilean on the pilot? its a stock on

most likely. try out a 42 and about 2.5 turns out and you should be set. Did you get your starter and such fixed? steve

i have a new harness and solinoid, and motor haha i remeber when my friend had this (who i got it from) when we started it we had to shake it so i figured it was a good deal it was used and worked. but what about taking the choke out? do u recomend that? thank you stevo haha

for the summer it is a great mod!! I really thought that it was a great addition to the 400 carb for throttle response and mid range. def a summer deal though, i could not get it to run decent till warmed up in the cold. i just put it all back in for the winter months. you should be ok with the 42 for that too. maybe just a slight turn of the f/a or a couple more pumps to get it going. steve

you should be good to go if you follow that. that is a great article for telling how to get it all out. there is a spring under one of the black caps and it has come apart that way. steve

haha thanks and ye ai have a few pics ill post a few and it is a play/trail sled and it will eat 600s like nothing and keep with 800s and i amost got one like yours it was a gade tho haha ny next sled is a 07 x-rs 800mod

so that was a 440 converted or just an x 800? Looks killer with the orange and yellow though! do you like your risers? I have been thinking of getting a couple of inches for my zx also. my dad will mainly ride that now since i have the rev to ride and he doesnt want one on it but i think it would be a nice addition to it along with the 5.7s i took off the rev this summer and put on there. my rec has 6.9s on it now so i cant wait to try those this winter :D my rev is pretty much as modded as my 400 is without the bore it has stock SPI pistons in it and such. steve

i have it clucthe and geared (my dads kit) ported jugs with raves macthed it does have the 440 jugs still but might do a 700 bigbore has the team 440 race tuned pipe and can airbox is modded it is a full race sled that i made about x2 as fast and and alot whole lot snappier and quicker and this thing will eat what ever it line up with (unless drag sleds or high modded, bigger bore) it is just so quick and fastit has all the light wieght parts and has the race rubber, resine hodd that will not break! but i am gonna keep this thing for a long time and buy a 07 x rs or a 600rs haahaha

they astock but they all have been re charged and dialed in i mite put my fox foxs on and the rear cannisters have been changed to foxs because they are bigger and allow more tunning and by the way you should try hpgs on quads they work so great!
