Needle set jet install?

I recently changed the main jet on my 450r carb and while unscrewing it I loosened the needle jet holder and the needle set jet fell out. Is the needle set jet just loose up there and only held in place by the needle jet holder? Not sure how to put it back together. Do I just put the needle set jet in the hole and tighten the needle jet holder to hold it in place?
