Alright guys, the engine is back together and in the quad. Everything is shaping up nicely. I just found this part and I don't really know where to begin to look.

Doesn't smell like oil, doesn't have any dirt on it. So I'm not sure where it comes from.

kinda looks like either the little spacer that goes on the starter, but that look too big for that. or a spacer for an after-market axle maybe? I am really trying to think...... :confused:

Looks like the bushing from the rear shock linkage.

And it is too small to come from the axle.

I will check the rear shock linkage also.

Thats what I think it is. Look at the parts microfiche for the rear linkage.

Figured it out guys,
It was the bushing that goes inside the starter linkage.
