400ex wont start unless jumped off a car

I got a 400ex that wont start unless it jumped off a car or booster pack. . runs fine once started. New battery, Regulator, and wiring harness. I have swapped from a good running 400ex the COIL, switches.

The stator tested

BL/R-GND .90 ohms
BLue/yellow-green white was 240 ohms

Yellow-Pink. .5 ohms

It does have a aftermarket CDI box and I heard they require more power??? I

my buddy had a z400 that would only start buy being pulled but once it was warm it would start right up and i believe he had one valve that was too tight causing it.

Check the battery, should be 12.5v-anything less and its not holding a charge and most likely bad.

reminds me, check the ground..
