trx9 centremount ,somthin not right

i ordered a esr trx9 a wjile back and finnaly it clearwed customs today,i go fit it up ,but its as if its to short ,the flange dosnt go right over the exhaust manifold when the pipe is bolted into position,has any one else experienced this ???
do i need an aftermarket exhaust manifold?
or need to bore a hole in the mount and adjust the bolt to make it fit

a lot of people have problems with esr pipes fitting i recently bought a trx 5 and it fits like complete **** lol it leaks oil from everywhere and if it didn't make such good power for me id probably trash it

IS it just the center mounts cause I thought a lot of people loved these new pipes.

I have owned at least 10 esr pipes and they fit far better than most out there. Take a picture of your flange and your pipe an post it.

I personally don't have a esr pipe but I have there cylinder and flange. I always heard good comments on there new pipes and was planning on buying one but not if it won't fit right.

My new TRX11 pipe fit really good. I was very impressed with the fit.

so i got the pipe fitted up good with a little help from a old antivibe silencer mount and spacer .
The 9 is BADASS,coming from a pt 89 race pipe to tht is night and day ,pulls real hard highly recomend it .bit noisy,but makes a nice wee poping noise at idle

That's what we are wanting to hear! All aftermarket pipes fit a bit differently. I just wouldn't be right if they did perfect. LOL!
Can't wait to try the 9 on my new Puma.

Everyone that has tried the TRX-9 has loved it. IMO its the best 250R pipe (for my riding style) that is out there.

I was drag racing a "hopped up" Craptor the other weekend, and we kept racing 300' and it was kinda back and forth. Well on one pass he wanted to run 600' ( I guess thinking I couldn't pull that far) and I out run him then. Later we was talking and he said, "man that thing has some serious pull". I said I know, for a little 293cc it runs great.

My point is that the pipe lets this thing just keep right on pulling!!!:D
