seat question

I've got an 01 400 and I noticed that there is a grove in the underside of the seat that lines up with a screw in the gas tank, what kind of spacer goes on the screw to grab the seat? If someone could post a pic or get me a link it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

go onto ebay, and search " 400ex Fuel tank ".
Lots of pictures there that show the plastic bushing around the rear screw, where the seat clips to it.

Do you know if I can get the from a dealer?

I'd say probably yes.
they will most likely need to order it, due to it is not a commonly replaced part.

BUT, if you were to talk to the Service Manager, you might get lucky.

The only way for you to know for sure is to go down to your local dealer, and ask.
