Well i have been running the armadillo aluminum swingarm gaurd for about 2 months now.. hitting rocks and more rocks and safe to say it is holding up great not even a dent in it. It was def. worth the money which i do believe was $90. It bolted up with 0 problem and for the EX it comes with a spacer incase it hits the chain or rotor so there is no worry of fitting up good.

is that a .190 or a .25 " very good to know for those guys running the 05+ plastic one. sucks to be those guys. I even dent my stocker from time to time. nothing a bit of hammering wont fix though while i have it off to do the rear bearings. lol I should get one but never really think about it when i order. lol thanks for the review. steve

I have had one almost as long as I had my EX, (2001) and it is a great skid plate. Still to date only has nicks and scratches and zero bends. I was lucky when I found mine on ebay, I paid like $25 shipped for it used. It was in excellent shape then. Mine is .25 thick also. Probably the only thing different between mine and new may be the decals on it. I agree you can't go wrong with this skid.
