what is the best way to repair a stripped cylinder/ case stud

I take it you taking about your 400 ex? Best way we've done is to go get you a Heli-Coil set. Oh, and do em all while your in there......I mean ALL OF THEM. No reason trying to save money and do the one. If one is that weak, the others aren't far behind in stripping. Take your time. It will reward you with a job well done.
