Its in good shape, not broke, both mounting tabs still there. Just need to put some new wire in the plug and your good to go. My paypal is jtuttle4@gmail.com

How much wire is sticking out of the plugin at the moment? Enough to solder on lengths to get it ready to wire up?

They are short. I would say 1/4 inch or a little less. You may have to use a pin tool to remove the pins and solder the wire on and put them back in.
