450R front suspension set-up

I just bought a honda 450R and the front suspension is fully adjustable (camber,caster, and toe in and out) and I just wondering what a good base set-up that I can start with. I'm going to do both trail riding and mx riding/racing with it.

I would stay with stock rebuilds and i personally prefer Jet Motorsports
