Thank you

I have everything except for the gear, and after rebuilding three or four of these things I can't see a need to replace the gear. I haven't seen any wear on these. But that's your choice. I can match all these prices, plus shipping.

its not just the gear its the inner race for the one way bearings, the bearings catch on this surface. its a very important part of the clutch, the best thing to do is mic all parts and replace if past the wear limit. every quad is different and has different parts worn just check them all real good and replace whats needed!

the list is a complete list, but that doesn't mean that all parts will be worn, I should have wrote to check all parts!

on my personal quad I replaced all parts they were almost at the service limit and I didnt want to have to do it again next year!

alot of people that are charging for the work wont replace all parts so they can change again in the future! but its your quad!!!!!!!!!

Are you basing this on factory service manual specs? If you are, see if you can get your hands on a brand new transmission main shaft and counter shaft for a 250R. By the specs in the Honda manual, brand new shafts are right at the service limit, and I mean right to the thousandth, nowhere near what the book said they should be. I've checked this with BRAND NEW SHAFTS, it's true. And I was not happy to spend money on two new pieces that ended up measuring the same as the old ones I took out. You might want to measure your bearing surface on the old gear and the bearing surface on a new gear just to see if the book is wrong.
