Is it worth trading for ?

I'm looking at trading my 2006 kfx 400 with a few dress-up mods for a 2004 yfz 450 . My question is it worth trading for an older quad ? They sent me some pics of the 450 and it looks good, not a lot of wear on frame where the boots rub or cases, no broken plastic, says it has low hours with a white bro. pipe. Guy says he wants something different and a little slower.
Is there anything I need to look at or ask about when I go take a look at it ?
Is it worth looking at trading ?
