honda 90 clone exhaust mod problem

baffel in muffler only had 2 3/8in holes in it to breath from drilled 2 more went for a test ride started bogging at half throttel and dieing at 3/4 idels fine? got to get the littel guy going again.

did you take the exhaust off first and then drill?

No i did not take it off but i am sure that i did not burn the valve

Not sure about the slide modification.I didn't have to do anything with mine. I was just thinking metal shavings got in.
