well you can get an air filter like K&N for about 40 dollars(depends)

I think the Honda recon front shocks will help the front end, and I know a raptor660 will work for the rear with a couple of spacers.

im not talking engine performance its for my lil brother and hes learning but the suspension stuff is what im looking for thanks guys

The rear is stiff. There are lots of posts on here about putting a Yamaha banshee front shock on the rear. It is a bolt on and needs nothing. It lowers the rear an inch or so and is much softer. You can get them on ebay pretty cheap.

The 01 raptor 660 shock will make a world of difference. I know that for a fact. We put one on my brothers 300ex and my friend threw one on his 250ex, and they both loved it.
