Mostly everyone in MX uses one. How come the XC guys aren't using them so far. When do you think they will start becoming more common with XC?

i think the main reason XC guys dont use them is because they feel that they arent neccesary maybe, typically XC crashes dont end up the same way as MX crashes do where you land on your head. That being said, i dont know why anyone who rides any type of dirtbike or atv wont wear one, its stupid. Esp. now since Alpinestars and Leatt have affordable versions
