Hey pappy, I was wondering if youve ever powercoated any silencers or would the powercoat not hold up to the heat? thanks

Ive done alot of them actually, and to my knowledge havent had any issues. I have seen extreme lean conditions cook powder right off of them or discolor them.

I personally dont coat ours simply because I am a jackass when it comes to repacking and I end up screwing up the pc work when im working on it (I drop ****, slip with a wrench etc etc...LOL!)

pappy do you ceramic coat head pipes or molly coat them or whats best?

ps. i'm thinking about having my engine done similar to kevins. was that a pain or work pretty good or have any problems?

I can heat paint them, or have them ceramic coated....but I personally do not do the ceramic.
