im thinking about getting a -4 flywheel from sparks racing, would it help me or hurt me in a 200ft drag race?
In situations where you are wide open most of the time, like drag racing, I would imagine it could only help. You will lose some ability to lug around in first gear and in tight woods, though.

Going a negative number gives you a harder hit correct?
Yes, the number is the amount in ounces that will be subtracted from stock weight. Less weight means it will rev faster.

if you are going to lighten it up for the drags make sure your running as few paddles as possible if you want a second gear launch
