Megan Racing exhaust and Injen cold air intake

Im looking for some opinions on the Megan racing cat back exhaust and the Injen cold air intake. Its going on my Maxima. The intake goes down in front of the engine right behind the lower air dam.

Any input is appreciated.

they are both good companies...but I'm not sure how much power increase you will feel in a maxima...

Not looking for power really. Like the sound of 3.5l Maximas with exhausts and the added mpg is nice. Any thing else I can do to the exhaust to get a nice deep rumble?
