250R VS 734 Raptor.

Is the audio messed up because it sounds like he only shifted once and it was a lazy one at that.

Considering how stock it is, it could just be piped.

However, one should always take a drag race with a grain of salt since it's almost always rider skill and not the machine in who wins. (Not counting something like a 700cc banshee on alky vs a stock 400ex.)

That is a big bore pro-x or esr cylinder, I can tell just by the sound.

yea that 250 sounds nasty in the last clip where he drives by the raptor guy on the downhill def not a stock 250 by any means

Could be a stock cylinder high compression 270 build, engine sound out the pipe, got a lot to do with porting & compression & fuel.

The 250r in the video is actually a friend of mine. Great guy who knows his stuff about 250r's. It's a great running motor. He beats me everytime we race. That video was taken at Pismo Beach Dunes.
