Elka shock help

I have the 4-play swing arm with the Elka shock. ( preload, compression and rebound) When I set the ride height to 7" in the rear I have nothing left in the shock.
Thanks for any help. I have tryied to talk to elka on the phone but all I get is read the book!

We use a fox podium rear shock.

From what I've noticed is that atv4 play
Suspension sits a little higher then most.

It might not be the right swingarm for
Set up you are trying to accomplish. 7"
