The EX would have the edge.
DS- Auto tranny, its a pig stock.
LTZ- Not bad but you can squeeze more out of the motor with the sportclutch

The 250ex would be a great choice, but I would get a 300ex or a good 250x. One of my friends has a 250ex, and it has had a lot of problems.
