05/06+ entire Intake conversion ?

Instead of getting just the adaptor for the fcr carb going to the rest of the 05 intake, can i just get the entire 06+ intake system(air box, filter, etc.)?

What is the same on the two different models intake so that i wouldnt need to buy a duplicate?boot from the carb to the motor?

you can use the whole 06+ airbox assembly, only 2 bolts will line up but it works fine like that. You can use the 05 boot to the head but the size inside is a little different, you can port match it if you care. im not sure if the 06 one will work to the head

There is electrical wires coming off of my 05 carb and will it still work fine if i use the FCR? does it have wires also?

And if it is a trx450er then will it still work if mine is a 05 that isnt ER?

You will use the plug off of your 04-45 carb and put it on the FCR.

As far as ER to R, you will no longer have a hot start. BUT there is a way to add one as well, I just can't find the thread.
