These are the starting pics of my hybrid build. After a few years of competitive racing im giving it up until a have some little ones to put on the track. Now im just into fun racing and trail riding. So i ditched my big stroker thumper and am building a 250R motor. Ive always wanted a 250R. i remember my younger days there was nothing i loved more than the sound of an old 250R slinging roost all over the place as is was climbing up the foothills around here lol. I was very comfortable on a 450R and hated to lose my MX setup so im building a hybrid. Here are some of my starting pics as i was doing a rough draft on everything. This motor is already bored .040 and its gonna get a full rebuild plus exhaust, reeds and a good carb.

check the hybrid forum, there are a couple of these that have been done. maybe a CR reed boot may have a better angle for you. I would get the carb figured out before powdercoating. exhaust pipe/silencer mounts too. ;)

yea the exhaust may be a trouble spot. looks great so far minus the carb and maybe the pipe

looks like your going to need to raise up the front of the motor to lower the carb position. but after thats done it still looks like you will need to do some grinding on the frame.
