300ex arms and shocks

I have stock 400ex a-arms on my 300, and am getting some shocks. i was just wondering if its worth spending the money for 450r shocks instead of 400ex, and what i would need to do to mount them.

I would go with the 450r shocks. You also need a shock relocation bracket. Do a search and you will find out all you need to know.
