Which exhaust the LRD or TC, the TC is 340 and i wanted to know who is running a LRD and how much did it cost you with, or without a spark arrestor, i dont need a s/a so i can save some money there. But which pipe has the best power for XC and a little of MX, i thought i wanted the TC but have been reading on the LRD and am now split. Which one?

TC all the way! For the price and sound, TC beats them all! I have a friend that has a LRD pipe that has been asking me to trade him!!

I would recommend LRD over the TC.

If u want a TC do the following.....

Get a can of chunky stew eat if for dinner

Take the can take the label off it and scratch SuperTrapp onto the can

Drill a hole in the bottom of the can and stick onto your head pipe

You are now the proud owner of a TC pipe...

LRD owns! I paid 430 for mine from K&K, w/o a spark arrestor

Hi,

My husband loves his LRD pipe. LRD redesigned their 400EX pipe's last spring & they really kick some serious ***. Our customers have a choice of what pipe they want to buy, but most prefer the LRD & love them.

If you look up an older article from a couple of weeks ago, there's alot of debate on this subject which you may want to read up on. It's titled "aftermarket exhausts" & have 4-5 pages of posts on it.

As far as the price, LRD insists that all dealers sell for retail prices, however, we've just started helping people out by offering FREE shipping on LRD pipe purchases since we can't come down the price of the pipe.

Trish;)

What are you guys talking about. A Tc pipe probably has more work in it than most other pipes being it is remade twice. I say TC all the way, i havent ridden on mine but i think it looks cool.:macho

I have known LRDs to come down hard on the rear brake caliper and blow apart while MX racing....with a shorty pipe you dont have to worry about that.

HEy warriorman, those 2 rubber pieces he sends... do they go back to back in the upper mount? I cant seem to figure this thing out, it also doesnt help that ive lost alot of the stock bolts...i hate working on quads when nothing goes your way.

You should check out Hetricks 400Ex pipes. They are giving some great gains.

If ya decide to go with Hetricks tell them Justin sent ya.

Not true, the new style exhaust has a spacer that moves the silencer over so theres no possible way for the silencer to hit the caliper.
