well i got a few questions ! it smokes a litttle when started but iv only started it for 5 mins do to oil leak 2nd i dont know if iput the starter in wright but it just clicks! take the starter cover off and the gears and the motor turns fine do i have the gears wrong? need help asap big rides this weekend thanks!! and oh yea this fricken thing has a ***** ton of power

i think it is smoking because the float is sticking?!?!?! but anyone have anything on the electric starter

I'm pretty sure you cant mess up the gears when installing them.I would check the wire that goes to the starter and make sure the connection is clean and tight.Also make sure the mounting points on the bottom of the starter and on the case are clean.

well i figured it is smoking because of the oil that was in the muffler from when it blew up the first time but ill check the connections but when i took it apart u push the button it would spin the electric start but with the gears in it itd just click
